ZAP Media's Video Display Program comes with an intuitive Scheduling component.  Set your own day-part schedules so that you can decide what different visitors see throughout the day.  Change menus at meal times, or send out reminders before the end of the day to your staff.



The scheduling component is very flexible, allowing you to create a standard playlist that you can schedule other events around throughout the day.  The Calendar can be seen by month, year, week, day, or hourly agenda; so it's easy to keep track of your schedule and make changes when needed.



Logics have been built in so that the schedule will attempt to work through any conflicts in time slots. Full Reporting can be used to monitor what has played, or to send to your Advertisers as proof of play for their Promotions.



Other features include grouping your displays so you can schedule the same content to several screens at once. Extra user seats are available so you can have more than one person managing your Display Network.
